We, Oligomo Managemetn GmbH, Bajuwarenring 14, 82041 Oberhaching, Germany – hereafter referred to as “we” and/or “us” – adhere to the rules of data privacy laws and are seriously concerned about the protection of personal data.
1 Purpose of the collection and use of data
We use collected and processed personal data only to provide user-friendly, efficient and secure information services and – if you register and set up a user account – to organize, conduct and settle purchase requests and tenders and to find and manage suppliers and customers, as well as a basis to send you a newsletter in case you requested to receive the newsletter. In order to do so, we adhere with all applicable German privacy laws, including the German Federal Privacy Act and the German Teleservices Act.
2 Nature and scope of the collection and processing of personal data
2.1 Inventory data
We collect and process personal data when you register and set up a user account, and during your subsequent use of the Procurement.Land services. By setting up a user account you agree that the collected inventory data (email address, first name and last name, gender, title, name of your company, potentially also address, telephone number, profile photo, position and function in the company, company details, company contact data, company financial data) are stored in a user data base. This agreement can be revoked by you any time, effective for the future.
The data that we collected might be made available to other users, especially for the purpose of supplier and customer management, if you are using the supplier search functionality, if you become a participant of purchase requests or tenders, if you invite other users to purchse requests or tenders, or if you create a company profile. Even if you revoke your agreement, it is not possible to revoke access of information that has been already shared with other users.
If you want to receive our newsletter by email, we need a valid email address and optionally your first name and last name. You can always revoke without reason your agreement that we store your email address and potentially the first and last name, and that we use the data to send you the newsletter.
Other distribution, sale or transmission of your personal data to third parties – with the exception of the transmission with regard to our use of Google Analytics which is described below – will be conducted only if you have agreed explicitly. In addition, by order of a competent authority, in individual cases we have the right to supply information on data, to the extent necessary for purposes of law enforcement, of protection from danger by police authorities, of fulfilling the statutory duties of constitutional protection authorities, intelligence agencies, or of enforcing intellectual property rights.
2.2 Usage data
During use of the Procurement.Land Services, the following data might be recorded and stored for internal system specific and statistical reasons: Names of pages retrieved, browser used, operating system used, originating domain, date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files, and your IP address.
We use technical and organizational security measures in order to ensure that you personal data is protected from loss, incorrect changes or unauthorized access of third parties. For our part, only authorized persons have access to your personal data, and only to the extent required for the purposes specified above. The security measures are constantly being adapted with respect to improved technical means.
4 Reporting, Modifying, Locking and Deleting Personal Data
You have the right any time to request information on your stored personal data, their origin and recipient, or to request that your personal data should be locked or deleted, or to revoke given permissions and the purpose for which the data is processed. We will do so except for data that we need to process remaining tasks or to enforce our rights or data that we need to conform to German law.
