Right of objection against data collection in special cases and against direct advertising (Art. 21 DSGVO)

2. General and mandatory information

“SERVICE” or “SERVICES” means the services we provide on the procurement.land website and on subdomains, subdomains and sub-sites of procurement.land in connection with the tendering of goods and materials.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Right to data transferability

You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. SSL or TLS encryption

Information, blocking, deletion

Insofar as the data are no longer required for the specific purposes, they will be deleted. If data must be stored for legal reasons, it will be blocked and will no longer be available for use until it is deleted.

Data acquisition

As part of SERVICES, we collect, process, store and use the following personal data:

– Static data: Email address, first and last name, date of birth, gender, title, name and address of the company, telephone number, profile photo, position and function in the company, company details, company contact data, company financial data

– Tender data: Name and description, tender specification, tender details, author and participant, contact history, messages, offers and prices, tender analysis

All the above data will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send an informal message to us by e-mail or unsubscribe from the COMMUNICATION SERVICE within the end device. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Purpose of collection, processing, storage and use

As part of SERVICES, we collect, process, store and use the inventory data and tender data exclusively for the purpose of enabling customers to use SERVICE.

We also collect and process the data for the purpose of creating a detailed profile in order to provide users with full and optimal support in using SERVICE and to carry out a general market analysis.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Registration function

We use the data entered for the purpose of registration only for the purpose of using the SERVICES for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will refuse the registration.

In the event of important changes, such as the scope of the offer or technically necessary changes, we will use the e-mail address provided during registration to inform you in this way.

The data collected during registration will be stored by us as long as you are registered and will then be deleted. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content design or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages and SERVICES (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of SERVICE.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmission upon conclusion of contract for services and digital content

We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the framework of contract processing.

A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

Analysis Tools and Advertising

Google Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This will cause your IP address to be cut by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use.
